This high-quality and well-designed bread rack / baked goods rack / bake-off rack is the ideal solution for bakeries, supermarkets, gas stations, or other retail establishments that want to present fresh baked goods attractively and hygienically. The rack consists of two side units and a central centerpiece, which together form a total structure of 2,400 mm wide, 930 mm deep, and 1,980 mm high.

Design and function:

The right and left units are identically constructed and have four inclined levels. Each of these levels is equipped with three Plexiglas flaps that allow hygienic access to the displayed baked goods. These flaps open to the front and allow convenient, contact-reduced removal by customers – ideal for the hygienic sale of rolls, croissants, pastries, or similar items.

Please note that some of the shock absorbers are no longer functioning properly due to age. The flaps still open and close normally, but the soft-close function is limited or no longer available for some compartments.

At the bottom of both side elements is a separate compartment for bread bags or paper bags, ensuring order and quick access. Customers can conveniently serve themselves and take the baked goods home with them.

The center section is 495 mm wide and complements the shelf visually and functionally. It features three open levels with sloped display surfaces – perfect for display items, such as pre-packaged products, promotional items, or additional baked goods such as onion bread, pretzels, or seasonal items.

Operation & Stocking:

A major advantage of this system is its open rear: The shelf is fully accessible from the rear, which significantly simplifies stocking during normal operations. Employees can conveniently restock the bread shelf from the rear without entering the customer area or disrupting the sales process. This is a major advantage, especially during peak times or with self-service systems.
