Construction & Equipment

The Bake-Off Station has three spacious levels, each slanted to make the presentation of baked goods particularly sales-promoting. Each level is equipped with a wooden shelf, which not only looks appealing but also offers functional advantages.

Each level is divided into four individual compartments – for a total of 12 compartments – from which customers can hygienically remove their desired products via Plexiglas flaps. These flaps are easy to open and close while providing a clear view of the merchandise.

Practical Details

The shelf is loaded with merchandise from the back, allowing for clean and uninterrupted refills while customers serve themselves from the front. This makes the shelf ideal for use in counter areas or self-service areas with high customer traffic.

The lower section features an integrated residual waste compartment for easy disposal of bread roll bags, napkins, or other small waste. A practical holder for bakery tongs is also included – for an all-round hygienic shopping experience.

Another highlight is the integrated lighting, which ensures attractive product presentation and puts your baked goods in the spotlight.
