Delivery and shipping conditions
1. Delivery Times
Our regular delivery times are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Deviating delivery times or deliveries within specific time windows must be arranged with us in advance and confirmed in writing.
Deliveries outside of regular delivery times may incur additional charges.
2. Access Conditions & Unloading
Delivery requires that the delivery address has a well-maintained access road suitable for long-haul trucks approximately 18 meters in length.
Depending on the type of shipment, delivery will be made by parcel service, freight forwarder, or as a partial or full truckload.
Delivery is generally uninsured and made to the curb (truck).
The recipient is responsible for the prompt and proper unloading of the goods.
Delivery with a liftgate is possible if expressly requested in advance.
Unloading, moving the goods to the installation site, or other logistical services are not included in the delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Costs incurred due to difficult access conditions, waiting times, or delays caused by the customer will be invoiced to the recipient.
3. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If the customer cannot be reached at the agreed delivery time or if the goods cannot be unloaded, the delivery attempt will be considered unsuccessful and will be charged accordingly.
For direct deliveries, the return delivery costs may exceed the costs of the original delivery.
A redelivery will only be made after prior agreement and payment of the additional costs incurred.
4. Complaints & Special Services
No special arrangements apply to deliveries in the event of complaints.
Special services such as delivery with a 7.5-ton truck, specific time slots, or other additional expenses are not included in the standard price and must be paid separately – even in the case of replacement or exchange deliveries.
5. Receipt of Goods & Transport Damage
The customer is obligated to inspect the goods for external damage immediately upon delivery.
Transport damage must be noted immediately on the delivery note or proof of delivery and reported to us in writing without delay.
Without a corresponding note on the delivery note, transport damage is considered to have occurred subsequently and cannot be acknowledged.
6. Transfer of Data to Shipping Providers
For delivery purposes, we will forward the customer's data required for delivery (name, address, telephone number, and, if applicable, email address) to the respective shipping or logistics provider.
7. General Information
The stated delivery date refers to the time the goods are ready for delivery, not necessarily the actual time of arrival at the customer's premises.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
Delivery delays due to force majeure, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen events do not entitle the customer to claims for damages.
